I support breastfeeding parents in all workplaces
I'm a mum of 4 kids, all breastfed 2,5 years while working. I faced so many challenges that I decided to set up a breastfeeding program to help my colleagues around the world within my company and now I would like to expand this support close to all organizations and all employees.

About me
Hi, I'm Francoise, Certified 10 years Breastfeeding Mum
I was not planning to breastfeed but when I heard that breastfeeding a baby is a natural and intuitive way of feeding your little one, I decided to try. But I discovered that breastfeeding is not a walk in the park. It is not so easy, not so natural and if you are not well supported, meaning with empathy and kindsness then you can easily give up.....
What kind of support do I provide?
When an organization wants to set up a breastfeeding program, usually they don't know how to start with: Should I create a lactation room? Should I write a parental policy? Should I increase awareness on the importance of breastfeeding?
In reality, there is no rule but just good sense that takes into account the organization's culture, the needs and expectations of their employees and the willingness to truly support breastfeeding parents. According to my successful experience, I propose the following support packs.
Be aware
Pack DIAGNOSIS
Be pioneer
Pack EDUCATION
Be champion
Pack COMMUNITY
Be ambassador
Pack EQUIPMENT
Be recognized
Pack CERTIFICATION

What well supported breastfed mums say?

Ariane J.

"Françoise led our internal Breastfeeding room project. She brought her energy, her enthusiasm & her welcome sense of decoration to design a very practical, healthy and pleasant room. She impressed me, helped me and she's still inspiring me."

Dana H.
“Françoise is a greatly motivated breastfeeding parent and professional. She did put in place 106 breastfeeding rooms in our company sites which I could benefit from when I joint the company after my maternity leave. She helped to democratise speaking about breastfeeding and needs of breastfeeding Moms at workplace with colleagues and supervisors and hierarchy.”

Erica P.
“Françoise was instrumental in creating a warm, welcoming and comfortable space to be able to pump at work. She set an example that made me feel like I could be successful both in coming back to work and keep on breastfeeding my child. Her knowledge and positive attitude towards breastfeeding made a huge difference in my confidence in pumping while returning to work.”
